Hi there. My name is Francois & I'm the founder of Digitaal. Over the last 19 years I've gained experience in building and running a through-the-line agency, building branding software, running a digital agency, working for the world's largest advertising company and working for two of the big 4 consulting firms.
I have worked with some of the largest brands in the world on advertising campaigns as a creative director, and I have worked with others on their customer experience journeys as an experience consultant. I've designed and built websites, digital advertising strategies and creative assets but have also consulted to CMO's on their marketing functions and technology as a marketing consultant. I have been incredibly privileged to get a well-rounded and deep understanding of all these various tools and perspectives to help understand and drive customer behaviour.
